Redesigning the website for increased page speed and customer acquisition
Tribo is a cloud-based Content publishing platform based in the Canada. The Tribo team wanted to redesign their existing website to ensure that it was updated with modern design conventions while also being SEO-friendly to attract new customers and visitors.
The challenge was to create a website that was easy to navigate & follows contemporary design trends. We were assigned a task to redesign the website that would not only encourage potential customers but also attract people to join the Tribo team.
First, the illustrake team got to work and began understanding Tribo’s platform. Leveraging the power of intelligent technology, Tribo monitors user touchpoints to get ads in front of the right eyes and deliver unrivaled results through captivating content. That means more relevant content for readers and more revenue for advertisers.
During the discovery phase, we wanted to understand how Tribo is viewed by its users; B2B customers, who would be interested in using the platform in their organization, and people who would be interested in knowing more about Tribo and joining their team.
To define the website design requirements, we worked with the Tribo team to understand their vision and the core principles they wanted to communicate for the new website. To tighten our research, we looked into existing users and competitors and crafted the Business Requirement Documentation. Once we understood the market space Tribo was operating in, we got to understand the eventual users visiting the site.
From decision-makers in organizations to forthcoming employees, we created user personas that would accurately represent the target users of the website. This user persona report was strengthened by empathy maps and journey maps and finally defined by an information architecture for the sitemap.
