Design a friendly experience for students, parents, and teachers

Learnqoch is an ed-tech platform that teaches students coding through one-on-one video classes with instructors. A training platform designed to provide practical excel coding programs for kids to achieve efficiency, productivity, and a career boost. Our mission was to design an experience reflecting the values and benefits of Learnqoch’s training programs. This includes designing the interface used by students, teachers, and parents.

SOLUTION

Based on the research and our understanding of Learnqoch, the illustrake team followed a comprehensive design process where:

  • We started with journey maps, a detailed visualization showing how a user-based persona feels throughout the journey of using the training platform.
  • We then created task flows to hint visualize the motivations.
  • We defined, understood, and built a uncomplicated and adaptable Information Architecture.

We started with logo design and subsequently designed wireframes. We used ubiquitous directional symbols and the cursor sign to form the basis of this brand mark and establish the voice of diversification.

The designs imply the intrinsic values of Learnqoch – dynamic and progressive. Overall, the visual design is created from a perspective to build trust among consumers, reduce the drop-off rate and increase revenue. The dashboard is simple, conveying the value proposition offered and helping customers with easy and convenient navigation. We carefully crafted content for each page to build trust and credibility and convince parents to try the courses available. The dynamic yet flexible screens convey the benefits and allow the platform to be scalable and simplified to improve the users’ experience. We created various reporting screens to help parents and teachers evaluate their kid’s progress in a defined manner.
