To establish Muffynn as an online fashion & apparel brand from scratch

The Muffynn (Vision of 3), based out of Mumbai, India, was a brand-new men’s fashion and apparel entity that lacked a social media & online presence. Previously part of an established native clothing company, this apparel company was spun out to become a separate division with its distinct brand name, Muffynn. As part of this effort, a new website and Facebook presence were necessary.

Content Creation

illustrake helped muffynn create flawless content for their social media handles, online advertising assets, and brand awareness assets. Our target was to create content that stops the user from scrolling to next grid while browsing their social feed.

Customer Acquisition

illustrake launched a large campaign to introduce the community to the new company with Facebook Ads and Google Ads. We created multiple campaigns with various goals — conversion (website purchases), traffic, and others. We used the voices of the company’s existing clients to tell their stories to create ads that tackled real selling points that would resonate with prospects.

The Winning Campaign

Our most successful campaign was Add to cart + Retargeting on Facebook. The ideal goal was to reach a potential customer who met the store’s specified demographics. Over an approximately six-month period, we were able to bring the company 50 website purchases at about ₹200/sale. That’s a ROAS of 8X! This is for a brand-new company with almost zero online reputation.

SOLUTION

We worked closely with the Team to understand the brand voice and essence. To meet our objectives, we created multiple ad campaigns to introduce the community to the new brand that delivers style at amazing rates. The second thing was to include the prices of all the products in all the ads. It will give the target audience a clear idea of what products Muffynn offers and their pricing. Including the price helped bring only people with real purchasing intent to the website. Visitors without the means to buy the items stay away as prices are already in the ads. We used the voices of the company’s existing clients to tell their stories to create ads that tackled real selling points that would resonate with prospects.
